calm stay
coffee machine functional kitchenette prompt service
my room included a nespresso machine the kitchenette had plates cups and silverware the sink was useful for quick cleanups the bathroom offered ds & durga toiletries in attached pump containers. i found the bed super comfy the linens felt fresh i slept well each night the hotel provided a clothing steamer which was practical. the front desk was helpful they quickly addressed my questions i received prompt service throughout my stay
the minibar fridge didn't offer much space for personal drinks or leftovers.

Really good stay!
top-class service varied menu handy hooks
The staff provided top-class service, from the door person to the front desk and housekeeping. They were very kind! The restaurant offered a nice variety of menu choices for both breakfast and dinner. I especially appreciated the handy hooks near the door for coats and sweaters.
There was no noise insulation between floors, problematic! Noise from above woke me up each morning due to scraping sounds and loud walking.

The King Premier Corner room had upscale minimalist furnishings and was a good size. It featured a kitchenette equipped with plates, cups, silverware and a sink. A Nespresso machine offered convenient coffee preparation. The room had nice amenities!

The location is in a leafy residential neighborhood. Dupont Circle is conveniently located nearby. The hotel is located near many restaurants! It is close to everything I wanted to see.

adequate stay with some drawbacks
cramped shower broken coffee maker
the shower was small and the placement of the soap shelf made it hard to move around i felt cramped. the minibar was completely full of items for sale i had nowhere to put my own drinks. also the coffee maker in the room didn't work i had to pay $25 for a small pot of coffee.

comfortable bed attentive staff super clean room
the room was spacious and clean i had a beautiful king 1 bed the bed was very comfortable i slept well each night the location was convenient close to many attractions and restaurants. the staff were attentive and helpful always willing to assist with any questions or requests i had housekeeping kept the room super clean and well-stocked with amenities.
the gym equipment was slightly dated but still functional.

The hotel's location was fantastic. The restaurant provided delicious food, and the bar had a lively atmosphere. The room was spacious and included a comfortable sofa. (It felt very cute). The staff were always happy to provide a kettle when I requested it.
The hotel lacked sufficient space for toiletries in the bathroom.

The registration desk staff were so cute. The hotel door attendant was helpful (always a kind face to greet us!). I found the location near Dupont Circle convenient, a true delight. I also appreciated the various room amenities provided.
I only wished there had been a full-length mirror in the room.
